> great, while you’re at it and are collecting information, please do make sure that you collect all the other pending information we’ve been waiting for. I've always thought the slow, poor handling of that was very selfish of the foundation. They can't even communicate well about the "unclaimed". Everytime it doesn’*t get done, I get shit for it. > I have requested for many actions from you for many months. > IOTA AS will have some serious legal issues with the advisor tokens and the impending tax audit There's no telling what's brewing behind the scenes. ![]() Legal issues are mentioned several times. > I appreciate the trust that was given - and so far I have not failed anyone, in fact, have been part in rsolving some legally pending issues that impact the future of the ENTIRE foundation That speaks to CfB's overall attitude towards Dom. That's a very specific slight of Dom that is played by CfB here. Giving Ralf a deadline to choose sides is very childish. > spend these minutes on thinking whom you will support, please (edited) I'd like to know what he means by this statement. > First on general channel of this slack then on Twitter if that doesn't harm IOTA Foundation* We all know the backlash and how the DCI incident has haunted IOTA. This seems like a critical issue and CfB has made a recommendation. It's not always that "groundbreaking tech is difficult" (paraphrased). I think we're getting insight into some reasons for delays. We've had many delays regarding the tech. Can we finally start doing work instead of finding excuses not to? > Tomorrow we may have problems because Coo hasn't migrated to Kerl before the BlackHat conference as was planned. I don't think trust issues on this level are easily solved. I inform everyone that I don't longer trust Dominik Schiener I'll give my thoughts below on some specific comments. ![]() With as many problems as IOTA has faced, and potentially will face, I have my doubts that they'll be handled properly and I'm seeing why previous problems were handled so poorly. ![]() I thought the founders were more united than this. There seem to be some more deep rooted problems there though. I've chalked it up to it being a new foundation with growing pains. We've seen many delays, miscommunications, lack of communication, etc. I've been with IOTA a long time, but I have no problems being truthful about the good and the bad. Y'all can turn your heads all you want but there are some alarming things in this chat.
